Studios Available at Arts on the Greenway
Arts on the Greenway in Mount Holly, NC has several studios available for rent.
Interested parties can apply online — website www.Artsonthegreenway.org and/or go visit the studio in-person at 500 E. Central Avenue, Mount Holly, to inspect the spaces and our facilities.
SIZES & PRICES:
All Studios are $1.35 a sq. ft.
Studio 3. (Includes door) – 9.5 ft. X 10 ft. $130 + $10 (book keeping fee)
Gibb Room D – Corner with 2 walls cubicle – 8ft. X 8ft. $87 + $10
Gibb Room E – Cubicle 8 ft. X 8.5 ft. – $92 + $10
Studio 11B – Cubicle 5.5ft. X 6ft. – $45 + $10
Annex- You can make any size over 5.5 ft. X 6 ft. ($45 +$10) minimum that you want.

Submissions are reviewed by ArtsGaston and should include clear information about the organization or individual offering the opportunity, what is being requested or offered, compensation or other benefits, deadlines, and relevant expectations.
We prioritize opportunities that value artists’ time and expertise, provide fair compensation when work is requested, communicate expectations clearly, and are accessible and equitable in their requirements.
What we look for:
Legitimate opportunities: The organization, business, or individual offering the opportunity should be identifiable and verifiable.
Fair compensation: Creative work should be appropriately compensated for the scope, skill, and time required. Compensation should be clearly stated whenever applicable.
Meaningful opportunities: Grants, fellowships, residencies, exhibitions, professional development, and other unpaid opportunities should provide a clear and meaningful benefit to participating artists.
Clear expectations; Submissions should explain what artists are being asked to provide, deadlines, selection criteria, location, time commitment, usage or intellectual property rights when applicable, and other significant terms.
Respect for artists' time; We generally do not promote opportunities requiring substantial unpaid labor, speculative work, or extensive work in exchange primarily for “exposure.”
Equitable access: Opportunities should avoid unnecessary barriers and make a good-faith effort to provide accessible and inclusive participation.
No pay-to-play: We generally do not promote opportunities that require artists to pay significant fees simply to be considered for work or exposure.
Transparency: Artists should be able to understand what they are agreeing to before applying, participating, or committing their work.
